Do you currently teach human-animal studies (also known as Anthrozoology, Animal Studies etc) to tertiary students?

Researchers from Flinders University want to learn more about teaching controversial, sensitive and/or difficult material in human-animal studies and will be holding a focus group over lunch at the AASA Animal Publics conference (Tuesday July 14th, 12.30 – 1.30pm in room 204 Old Arts Building.

If you teach in this field in any capacity (e.g. full or part time, tenured or casual academic) and are interested to learn more and potentially participate in the focus groups please email nik.taylor@flinders.edu.au for an information sheet and to arrange your participation.

Researchers are A/Prof Nik Taylor (Sociology) and Dr Heather Fraser (Social Work).
